Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and quality reasons, used items cannot be returned.

Return Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
